Raw materials are taken with certain specification from providers. Input materials (steel and aluminium ingots with certain carateristics) are analysed chemically and their strenght are tested in laboratuary.
Aluminium ingots are suitable to DIN 1725-2 and TS 410 standarts, steels |
Products are controled shape, size, forging and casting heat values at main control points in respect to our porcesses quality control measurements by Skilled workmen (with quality control forman). |

After all processes and galvanization, suitable for TS 914, products are controled with eye and then they are sent to assembly. Customers |
