1964 – has been founded by Mr.Ugur Turkyurt as an EPC contracting company at 1964 Istanbul / Turkey as a private company
1974 – start production of Over Head Line Accessories & Fittings for Transmission Lines Turkey by the approval of TEK & İllerbankası
1975 – All fittings and accessories designed according to Hot Forging Process and approved by TEK . (Turkish Electric Utility ) First manufacturer world wide whom start to use hot forging process instead of gravity casting.
1982 – Moved to new production facility at Dudullu OSB Istanbul / Turkey
1983 – Joint Venture with international manufactures for the World Bank Projects
2000 – UGUR TURKYURT AS founded for production of over head line fittings , substation fittings and distribution fittings
2007 – Composite Silicone insulator factory founded at Kırklareli / Turkey for polymeric insulator production .
2019 – UTS Industries Kft founded at Budapest Hungary
